Capital Complete Solutions is a Birmingham-based, AIIC-accredited inventory business supporting landlords, letting agents and property managers since 2021. We handle the full tenancy cycle: detailed inventory reports before a let, check-in inspections with the tenant, mid-term and routine visits, and check-out inspections that compare the property against the original report. Every report is photo-evidenced and written to stand up if a deposit dispute arises. We also carry out Legionella risk assessments and EPCs. Coverage: Birmingham, the West Midlands, Warwickshire, Staffordshire and Worcestershire. Open Monday to Saturday, 9am–5pm.
