At Centennial Health, you get more than a typical examination, you get a health experience that's all about you. Centennial (formerly Oklahoma City Clinic) was created for adults with Medicare, including those with both Medicare and Medicaid (Dual-Eligible). We are a network of primary care and pediatric doctors with locations across and surrounding the Oklahoma City area with over 90 years of experience putting patients first. Since 1919, we have been providing compassionate and high-quality care to the Oklahoma City community, and we have only gotten better with age. We believe everyone should have access to excellent care and services. That's why we are dedicated to caring for adults with Medicare, including those with both Medicare and Medicaid (Dual-Eligible). We want our patients to not just get well and stay well, but thrive, so between appointments we offer educational events, classes, flu shots, and more.
