About Change Inc Counseling Services

At Change Inc. Counseling Services, we provide therapy for every stage of life to Lakewood residents. Our experienced & licensed therapists help individuals, couples, and families work through challenges and transitions in a supportive environment. Our services include premarital and divorce counseling, relationship therapy, parenting challenges, working with blended and non-binary families, grief and trauma therapy, guidance through life transitions, and gender identity-related issues. We also offer specialized therapies such as EMDR therapy and Brainspotting therapy. Our mission is to support people as they navigate the changes and challenges. We practice Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), which focuses on balanced thinking and living.
