COMPACT TRAVELS is a destination specialist company which focuses on FIT (Free Individual Travellers) and Incentive programmes. The company started its Operations in 2004 when the parent company RBCS GROUP (www.rbcsgroup.com) completed 50 years. COMPACT TRAVELS is headed by Subhash Motwani, Director – RBCS group, holder of 22 IATA qualifications and also Editor of monthly magazine Opportunities Today. Subhash has over 19 years experience of teaching travel and tourism and several of his students have become successful travel professionals and even started their own travel agencies. Subhash has also completed destination specialist courses organized by tourism boards of Austria, Australia, Czech Republic, Germany, Hungary, Poland, New Zealand as well as South Africa. Besides, our tour consultants are experts on Western Europe and Scandinavia having successfully completed the “I Know Europe” Programmes.
