With years of experience in the hospitality sector, the group initiated with Hotel Gold Regency in 1995. The Gold Regency Group initiated its operations with a modest beginning. Apart from other business ventures, it also include & Gold Video Limited & which stormed North India and become a household name in entertainment with its & Gold & brand of high quality pre recorded video cassettes also became the sole distributor of & Amitabh Bacchan Corporation Limited& whereas another venture & Ad Impact communications Limited& witnessed an exceptionally steady and planned growth in the fields of advertisements on national TV channel & Doordarshan & and various private channels. In the quest the company acquired a commercial property in New Delhi, which is just opposite New Delhi Railway Station during the year 1995, which was later on converted into a beautifully conceptualized 3 star level hotel under the name of “Hotel Gold Regency”. The hotel is ideally located from the tourism point of view and 90% of its occupants have been internationally inbound upmarket foreign National / Tourists besides the corporate clients. Since its opening in Dec. 1997 the luxury hotel in delhi has been witnessing more than 80% occupancy rate which is higher than the industry rate.
