About IFI Realty Academy

IFI Realty Academy is an initiative to provide a platform for students who are willing to enter into the Real Estate industry and are freshers to it. IFI Realty Academy was launched on 15th February, 2013 at Edupreneurs Conclave, 2013 by Dr. Shashi Tharoor, Minister of State for Human Resource Development with an objective to Nurture Skilled Manpower for Real Estate Industry. The need for such an initiative was sought from the fact that despite being an industry with high revenues and potential, Real Estate faces high attrition in the primary market. This is majorly due to the fact that there is no well-defined channel for a fresher to enter into this industry. Our 3 months training program is designed in such a way that a fresher can learn theoretical aspects of the industry such as Government legalities and regulations, financial and technical aspects and at the same time practice his skills in the field under professionals of the industry. The program is a combination of both knowledge track and a rigorous practice track which orients a fresher according to the industry and also the company where he will be finally working. We not only provide a platform to enter into Real Estate but at the same time also ensure a successful career for a fresher in this industry. We in association with various companies of the industry, offer this program as on the job training and are looking forward to hire students who are freshers to the industry.
