Kashmir Shaivism School of yoga conducts yoga teacher training courses (YTTC) in Dharamshala, Goa and Internationally. KSSOY is 200 & 500 Hours Registered Yoga School and RPYS Registered Prenatal Yoga School with the Yoga Alliance, as well as a Registered Yoga School in India (Jammu & Kashmir). Kashmir Shaivism is a philosophy of Tantra which teaches us to live life in totality. It is a life affirmative philosophy which guides us to live here and now in the present moment without guilt and with awareness.
