Modernize My Fight is a self defense studio where they specialize in teaching women, men and children the physical skills to protect themselves. Our self defense classes are designed with the belief that every woman should feel confident knowing they have the ability to protect themselves. Timing: Mon - Thur 11:00 AM–1:15 PM and 4:30 PM–7:30 PM, Fri 11:00 am - 6:30 pm, Sun 9:00 AM – 11:00 AM
