About Project PEARLS

Project PEARLS is a nonprofit organisation working to break the cycle of poverty for children and families in the Philippines through education, nutrition, healthcare, and empowerment. Programs include scholarships that keep children in school, daily and supplemental meal support, health services and medical missions, skills training for parents and young adults, and emergency relief when typhoons and other disasters hit. The organisation also runs volunteer and partnership opportunities for people and companies who want to contribute directly. PEARLS stands for Peace, Education, Aspiration, Respect, Love and Smiles, and the guiding belief is simple: no child, anywhere, at any time, should go hungry.
