We follow a regular and personal interaction with all our Lead Auditors / Auditors to calibrate and upgrade them to latest auditing techniques. All auditors are advised time and again to ensure that the organizations system are strong enough to enhance customer satisfaction through continual improvement. Auditors are also encouraged to speak to the end user (during audit) of organizations products / services to check their perception about organizations activties. It is our endeavour to strengthen our clients through Management System Certification thereby strengthening INDIAN Industries which in turn will help INDIA to become fully Developed Economy within next 10-15 years.
