About Sivananda Yoga Vedanta Centre
Welcome to the Sivananda Yoga Vedanta Nataraja Centre. We offer many courses in Yoga and Meditation for the beginner, intermediate as well as for the advanced practitioner. We follow the ancient discipline of Yoga practise as taught by founder Sri Swami Vishnudevananda our founder, one of the foremost disciples of Sri Swami Sivananda of Rishikesh. The Sivananda Yoga Vedanta Nataraja Centre, Delhi-South was founded by Swami Vishnudevananda as a non-profit organization in 1992 as part of the International Sivananda Yoga Vedanta Centres. Its purpose is to propagate the ancient science of yoga as a means of achieving physical, mental and spiritual well being.
