TRU PACE is a managed health care plan exclusively for older adults. TRU PACE participants receive primary medical care, medication management, physical therapy, specialty services, in-home care, social work assistance, and transportation to and from the TRU PACE day center. With TRU PACE, you can remain living in the comfort of your home and get the medical care you need in a safe environment.
