Is it an urban myth that owners or tenants must vacate to sell a commercial building? I am not sure where this idea comes from or when I heard it. Today I am thinking it might not be good advice because security and liability are such big issues for commercial building owners. Listing with a commercial real estate broker is not high on my list of priorities.
