United Alliances is a Cleveland, Ohio-based insurance virtual assistant company providing insurance virtual assistant and back-office outsourcing services to insurance agencies, brokers, and carriers across the United States. We work exclusively with insurance agencies, so our assistants already know ACORD forms, carrier submissions, and agency management systems such as Applied Epic, AMS360, HawkSoft, and EZLynx - not general admin work adapted to fit.
