A distinguished fellow of the Academy of Dentistry, Dr. Khajavi possesses a master of science in microbiology and a doctor of dental medicine. She has also earned a certificate of European orthodontics as well as a certificate in full mouth reconstruction from the Las Vegas Institute for Advanced Dentistry.
