Our fabric shops are situated in the beautiful Cotswolds where the company has been for over 25 years. Our two fabric shops, one in Burford (near Oxford) and the other in Cheltenham (Gloucestershire) are easily accessible with free parking available. We have on display thousands of fabrics, including an extensive range of designer clearance fabrics at discounted prices. We also stock hundreds of regular fabrics of which many are exclusive to Just Fabrics and will not be found anywhere else.

Provincial Fabric House is located in the Southern Highlands of NSW. We have more than 350 designer fabrics on offer in-store and online. Provincial Fabric House provide hand-picked limited edition fabrics from international mills that supply the worlds most elite designer labels. Our fabrics are sourced directly from prestige European mills, centuries old, located in France, Belgium, Spain, England and Germany.
