As an executive life coach, I help women and men to find more clarity and purpose in life, encourage positive thinking and manage negativity and work on overall personal development to achieve happiness and fulfillment in life.

Crystal synthesizes evidence-based psychotherapy and coaching with elements of transpersonal/spiritual psychology, functional fitness, leadership, integrative health, meditation and mindfulness, somatic psychology, and nature and outdoor-based play, creating a dynamic experience for her clients. These methods stem from her Master’s in Counseling Psychology, CoActive Coach Training, eCornell High Performance Leadership, Bachelor’s in Wildlife Biology and Conservation, Enneagram certification, and 15+ years experience as an ACE Certified Medical Exercise and Fitness Nutrition Specialist. Crystal is a certified Trauma Specialist, and has extensive training in Exposure-based therapies for treatment of PTSD, OCD, and anxiety.
