Abhaya Holistic Center provide a holistic approach to wellness, offering a wide range of services including Kundalini yoga, Hatha yoga, Vinyasa Yoga, Prenatal yoga, Kids yoga, Meditation, Sound therapy and our exclusive Complete Holistic Therapy. We incorporate the sound of Gong and Tibetan Bowls to some of our classes and offer different workshops and events to spread the word and knowledge Yogi Bhajan imparted.
