ConstructionRST Sitework & Septic LLC is a family-owned construction company serving homeowners, builders, developers, and business owners with practical, hands-on site and excavation services. The company focuses on preparing land properly, solving drainage and septic challenges, and creating finished outdoor spaces that are ready for the next stage of a project. Its core work includes excavation and site preparation for new construction, including clearing trees, removing rocks, stripping topsoil, grading lots, digging for foundations and footings, and trenching for water and sewer lines. RST also provides lot clearing, stump removal, brush removal, yard leveling, and drainage work. Drainage solutions can include French drains, catch basins, swales, and pipe systems designed to move water safely away from homes and problem areas. For driveway projects, the company installs and grades gravel and recycled asphalt millings surfaces with attention to slope, base preparation, drainage, and compaction. RST Sitework & Septic LLC also handles septic system work, demolition, home additions, utility trenching, and general contracting, allowing clients to work with one team across multiple stages of a property project. The company highlights a family-operated approach where the owners stay directly involved and are present on site rather than simply handing work to a separate crew. Clients can expect written quotes, straightforward communication, attention to safety, maintained heavy equipment, and respect for the surrounding property. The team explains that it marks utility lines, considers soil and slope conditions, protects trees and other features, and leaves completed areas clean and orderly. The company also states that it is fully licensed, insured, and bonded and can assist with permits and inspections when required. With experience spanning small residential improvements and larger building sites, RST aims to combine excavation expertise with dependable project coordination. Whether the need is a cleared lot, a properly graded yard, a new driveway, drainage correction, septic work, or full site preparation for construction, the company positions itself as a reliable local partner focused on quality work, honest pricing, and a finished result that is ready for the next step.
