She developed 200 and 500 hour yoga teacher training programs, which are registered with the Yoga Alliance. She trained in Mysore India, under renowned Yoga Guru, Sri K Pattabhi Jois. She studied traditional Ayurveda and Pancha Karma, Sanskrit and Yoga Philosophy in South India. In 2010, she received a PhD in Yoga from the Indian University of Alternative Medicine.
