Gianni is native of Italy. He holds a B.B.A. from Hofstra University. He has always been interested in making a difference. As a result, while in law school, he started getting involved as a summer intern for the Legal Aid and Defender Association in Detroit, Michigan, where he gained a greater understanding of the different aspects of the criminal justice system. He received his J.D. from the University of Detroit Mercy School of Law where he served as President of the International Law Society. He looks forward every day to being the voice of an individual facing charges of felonies, misdemeanors, and violations. “Our job is to be the voice of that person and to make sure the system doesn’t roll over them. In New York State, a criminal conviction lasts for your entire life, so avoiding a criminal conviction is extremely important.
