These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the RingMyBiz website and services ("RingMyBiz," "we," "our," or "us"). By accessing the website, creating an account, or listing a business, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Our Services

RingMyBiz is an online business directory that helps people discover local businesses and helps businesses reach new customers. We provide business listings, search, enquiry forms that connect customers with businesses, and optional paid plans with additional features. We do not provide, and are not a party to, any product or service offered by a listed business.

3. User Accounts

• You must provide accurate, current and complete information when creating an account.
• You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity under your account.
• You must notify us promptly of any unauthorised use of your account.
• We may suspend or close accounts that violate these Terms.

4. Business Listings

If you list a business on RingMyBiz, you confirm that:

• You own the business or are authorised to represent it.
• The name, address, phone number, hours, images and other details are accurate and kept up to date.
• You have the right to use any logos, photos and text you upload.
• The listing does not promote anything illegal, misleading or harmful.

You grant RingMyBiz a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to display, reproduce and promote your listing content on our website and marketing channels for as long as the listing is live. We may review, edit for formatting, reject or remove any listing at our discretion, including listings that are duplicates, inaccurate or in breach of these Terms.

5. Enquiries and Leads

When you send an enquiry through a listing, we share the details you submit with that business so they can respond. Any agreement, quote, payment or service that follows is solely between you and the business. RingMyBiz does not guarantee the quality, safety, legality or availability of any listed business, nor the number or quality of leads a business will receive.

6. Paid Plans and Payments

• Features and prices of paid plans are described on our Pricing page and may change from time to time. Changes do not affect a period you have already paid for.
• Fees are payable in advance and are inclusive or exclusive of applicable taxes as stated at checkout.
• Unless required by law or stated otherwise at purchase, fees already paid are non-refundable.
• If a listing is removed for breaching these Terms, no refund is due for the remaining period.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Post false, misleading, defamatory, obscene or infringing content.
• Impersonate any person or business, or list a business you are not authorised to represent.
• Send spam or unsolicited messages through our enquiry forms.
• Scrape, copy or harvest listings or user data by automated means without our written permission.
• Attempt to disrupt, overload or gain unauthorised access to our systems.
• Use the website for any unlawful purpose.

8. Intellectual Property

The RingMyBiz name, logo, website design, software and original content are owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws. Content uploaded by businesses and users remains the property of its owners. You may not copy, modify or distribute our materials without prior written permission.

9. Third-Party Links and Advertising

Listings and pages may contain links to third-party websites and advertisements served by third parties such as Google. We do not control and are not responsible for third-party content, products or practices. Your dealings with them are governed by their own terms and policies.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Listing information is largely supplied by businesses, and while we work to keep it accurate, we make no warranty that it is complete, current or error-free, or that the website will be uninterrupted or free of harmful components.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, RingMyBiz will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, or for any loss arising from your dealings with a listed business. Our total liability for any claim relating to our services is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose.

12. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify RingMyBiz against any claims, losses or expenses arising from content you submit, your use of our services, or your breach of these Terms.

13. Privacy

How we collect and use personal information is explained in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

14. Termination

You may stop using our services and request deletion of your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access, or remove content, if you breach these Terms or if required by law. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will continue to apply.

15. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at New Delhi.

16. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes take effect when posted on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. Continuing to use our services after that means you accept the revised Terms.
