Guided Meditation

The Sanctuary Wellness Institute was created to help make the world a better place to live in through stress relief, understanding of self and others, perspective and connectivity to all. We offer medical marijuana doctor card evaluations, massage therapy, yoga and guided meditation to help achieve this.

Dynamkemy is a platform that provides its readers with access to informative blogs on meditation as well as impactful guided meditation sessions. We believe that anyone can rediscover themselves and get closer to who they want to be through the practice of meditation. Shift your mind to experience a world of calm, peace, balance, stillness, and ease. We accomplish this by offering unique, beneficial sessions to personalize a guided meditation specifically for you. Not everyone can meditate in the same way, and we do not believe one path is the only path on this wondrous journey. With a better understanding of how you approach meditation, we can create a system that works long term to provide you with all of the benefits that meditation offers. By assisting you in finding what works for your spirit, you will cultivate the joy and resilience that will flow freely into your mind, as well as increase focus, improve sleep and live a more productive, positive life.

However, Centered Recovery Programs offer so much more than this transformative education. For example, one of the core practices includes a few minutes of guided meditation at the start and end of each day. This is part of what helps people to be, and stay, centered. Our full program includes many additional adjunct therapies for people who are seeking additional depth to their experience here. Timing: Mon - Sun Open 24 hours
