With over 20 certifications acquired through home inspection training from InterNACHI, I have an unique and diverse understanding of residential construction that I can offer to my customers, as a home inspector. Since a home inspection is a non-invasive assessment, it is important for an inspector to identify defects while respecting the extent of scrutiny that is permitted. My substantial experience has given me that kind of ability. It may appear intuitive, but it’s not. It’s a keen observation skill that has been perfected for over 30 years. I specialize in various aspects of property inspection, including roofing, flashing, radon, mold and asbestos.
