With over 10 years experience as a counsellor, Monica has been a valuable contributor to the therapeutic field. Monica has a Masters in Counselling Psychology with a focus on trauma, and is a Canadian Certified Counsellor through Canadian Counselling and Psychotherapy Association. She also has an Honours Bachelor of Arts in Psychology with a concentration on Grief and Bereavement.
