Sam’s Southern Eatery first opened its doors January of 2008 in Shreveport, Louisiana, where it was met with great feedback from the community. Our customers loved our fresh mouth-watering seafood, huge generous portions, and extremely affordable prices so much, it allowed us to expand 51 other locations in 9 states to meet the needs of our rapidly growing customer base.
We are dedicated to a high quality seafood restaurant that consistently delivers on our promise of maximum quality and low prices. Our vision is to share the delicious tradition of our Southern style cuisine with the rest of this great nation.
