Hi, my name is Matt Rojo. I am a licensed marriage and family therapist. I provide EMDR and Gottman informed therapy, and have over 12 years of experience helping individuals, couples, and families heal and grow. I know that it can be overwhelming to reach out for help, and that you're probably only doing this after you've tried everything else.
